Every paid plan unlocks all features: unlimited inventory items, unlimited AI scans, full marketplace access, valuations, insurance reports, operations, JMRI integration, CSV import/export, and public galleries. Plans differ only by the number of team members and storage space.
How do I choose the right plan?
Pick your plan based on how many people share your collection. Solo hobbyist? Hobbyist plan. Family sharing? Family plan. Running a club with members? Club plan. It's that simple — every paid plan includes every feature.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. Your data is always safe — we never delete anything when you change plans.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 100 inventory items, 25 AI scans per month, and access to social features and marketplace browsing. When you're ready for unlimited everything, upgrade to any paid plan.
What about annual billing?
Pay annually and save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any time.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Absolutely. You own your data. You can export your entire collection as CSV at any time, even on the Free plan. We also support GDPR data portability requests. Your data is never held hostage.
