How long is the gift valid?
Gift subscriptions can be redeemed for 12 months from the purchase date. After that the code expires if it has not been claimed.
What does the recipient actually get?
Prepaid months on the plan you chose, at today's published prices. Every paid plan includes RailCommand™ layout control, operations, AI inventory, and the rest of the platform. Plans differ only by how many people can share the account.
Can I send the gift immediately or schedule it?
Yes. You can send it immediately, schedule a date, or forward the code yourself. Manage your gift
What if they already have a subscription?
A gift can extend an existing subscription or move them to a higher tier. If the claim screen cannot do that automatically, contact support and we will apply it.
Is there a refund policy?
Unredeemed gifts are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once redeemed, standard subscription terms apply. Request a refund
