Trademark Usage Guidelines

Proper Usage

When referencing RailScanPro trademarks:

1. Use the trademark symbol (™) on first reference in any document
2. Use marks as adjectives, not nouns or verbs
   • Correct: "Use the RailScanPro™ platform"
   • Incorrect: "RailScanPro your collection"
3. Do not alter the marks by changing capitalization, spelling, or adding hyphens
4. Do not use marks in plural or possessive form
   • Correct: "RailScanPro™ features"
   • Incorrect: "RailScanPro's features"

Third Party Use

Third parties wishing to use RailScanPro trademarks must:

1. Obtain prior written permission from Winsit LLC
2. Follow brand guidelines provided upon approval
3. Include appropriate attribution when permitted
4. Not use marks in ways that imply endorsement without authorization
