When referencing RailScanPro trademarks:

2. Use marks as adjectives, not nouns or verbs

   • Incorrect: "RailScanPro your collection"
3. Do not alter the marks by changing capitalization, spelling, or adding hyphens
4. Do not use marks in plural or possessive form
   • Correct: "RailScanPro™ features"
   • Incorrect: "RailScanPro's features"

Third Party Use

Third parties wishing to use RailScanPro trademarks must:
