RailScanPro community features use railroad-inspired names. Circuits are forum-style discussion areas. Lines are groups or public channels. Connections are follow relationships between operators.
Public Community Pages
Visitors can open:
/community/forums/community/{Slug}
Public channel pages only show Lines that are active, public, and allow guest viewing.
Current public channel slugs include general, scales, prototype, operations, help, and marketplace when those channels are available.
Signed-In Circuits
Use /app/social/circuits or /app/social/forums to browse forum categories and recent threads.
Common routes include:
- New thread:
/app/social/forums/newor/app/social/circuits/new - Thread detail:
/app/social/forums/thread/{ThreadId}or/app/social/circuits/thread/{ThreadId}
Threads can show pinned, locked, answered, reply count, view count, and recent activity states.
Lines and Groups
Use /app/social/lines for Lines. Lines are group or channel spaces and can support public community pages when configured as active, non-private, and guest-viewable.
Connections and Crew Cards
Use /app/social/connections to find suggested operators and create connections.
Use Crew Card routes to view user profiles:
