Marketplace auctions and offers support flexible buying and selling workflows.
Create an Auction
Open /app/marketplace/create-auction.
You can also start an auction from a specific item at /app/marketplace/create-auction/{RollingStockId}.
The auction flow asks for:
- Inventory item.
- Title.
- Description.
- Starting bid.
- Duration.
- Optional reserve price.
- Optional Buy It Now price.
- Bid increment.
- Anti-snipe setting and minutes.
- Shipping price.
- Ships-to region.
- Location.
You can save as draft or publish immediately.
View an Auction
Published auctions open at /app/marketplace/auction/{ListingId}.
Make an Offer
On fixed-price listing detail pages, use Make Offer when the listing allows it. Enter an offer amount and optional message.
After submitting, RailScanPro routes you to marketplace purchase activity so you can track the offer.
