RailScanPro insurance reports help you prepare documentation for a collection, claim packet, estate review, or insurer conversation. They are supporting documentation, not a professional appraisal.

Prepare Records First
Before generating a report, make sure important items have:
- Clear primary photo.
- Manufacturer and model number.
- Road name, reporting mark, and road number.
- Scale and item type.
- Condition.
- Purchase price or current value when known.
- Notes about modifications, provenance, or damage.
- Maintenance records for high-value or operational equipment.
Important Valuation Note
Use the report as a documentation packet. For formal valuation, high-value collections, legal disputes, or insurer-specific requirements, work with a qualified appraiser or your insurance provider.
