Open Messages
Open /app/private-wire for the current desktop and tablet Private Wire experience.
Other message routes may appear depending on device or navigation:
/app/social/messages/app/social/messages/{ConversationId}/app/messages/app/messages/{ConversationId}
Phone users may be redirected to /app/messages for a mobile-optimized view.
Start or Continue a Conversation
- Sign in.
- Open
/app/private-wire. - Search for or select a conversation.
- Write your message.
- Send it.
Messages are scoped to the signed-in user and current organization context.
If Messages Look Missing
Check these items first:
- You are signed in with the expected account.
- You are in the correct organization.
- You opened the desktop/tablet route
/app/private-wireor the phone route/app/messages. - The conversation exists with the same user you expect.
