Before Lining a Route
- Confirm the train and crew requesting movement.
- Confirm origin, destination, and intended path.
- Check block occupancy and route conflicts.
- Confirm turnout and signal state.
- Communicate the decision to affected operators.
Live State
Do not guess live occupancy, route availability, conflicts, schedules, capacity, train state, or throttle state. Use the current RailCommand tools or Casey live graph tools when organization context is linked.
