A club organization is separate from a member's personal collection. Confirm the correct organization before adding inventory, inviting members, scheduling events, or changing settings.
Open Clubs
- Sign in.
- Open
/app/clubs.
The Clubs page shows clubs you belong to and provides a Create Club action when your account and plan allow club creation.
Create a Club
The current create flow asks for:
- Club name.
- Club URL slug.
- Category.
- Privacy.
- Description.
Club URL slugs must use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Open a Club Dashboard
After creating or selecting a club, RailScanPro opens /app/clubs/{ClubId}.
Club dashboards can include:
- Feed.
- Events.
- Members.
- Photos.
- Layouts.
- Collaboration.
- Manage Club and Settings actions for owners or admins.
Manage Members
Use /app/team for organization member management and invitations. Club dashboards also expose member-oriented views for club context.
If a member cannot see a club, confirm:
- They accepted the invitation.
- They are signed in with the invited email address.
- They selected the correct organization.
- Their role allows the action they are trying to take.
Equipment Loans
Use /app/clubs/loans for equipment loan workflows when available to the club. Loaned equipment should still be checked against the correct personal or club organization before operation or reporting.
