Using the Reporting Center

Use the Reporting Center when you need a report, export, document download, or report history.

Open Reporting

  1. Sign in and confirm the correct organization.
  2. Open /app/reporting.

The Reporting Center includes report cards, data export actions, recent generated documents, and a link to the document library.

Generate a Report

  1. Open /app/reporting/reports.
  2. Choose the report type.
  3. Select an export format.
  4. Choose available options such as photos, valuations, or saved history.
  5. Generate the report.
  6. Download it from the generated report history when available.

The older /app/reports route redirects to the consolidated reports center.

Report Routes

Current report routes include:

  • /app/reports/inventory
  • /app/reports/maintenance
  • /app/reports/photo-coverage
  • /app/reports/valuations
  • /app/reports/activity
  • /app/reports/custom
  • /app/reports/estate

Document History

Generated documents can appear in reporting history with format, size, record count, generated time, download, and delete actions.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm the correct organization is selected.
  • Check filters, date ranges, and report options.
  • Verify the underlying item records are complete.
  • If a report option is unavailable, check your plan or beta access.
